The short version
Your photographs, business logos and finished posters never leave your device. FestivalWish draws posters inside your browser and has no way to store them. We keep the contact details you type, your choices about marketing, and simple counts of how the app is used.
What we collect
- Lead details you enter before creating a poster: full name, email address, WhatsApp number, profession, designation and, if you choose, organisation, business name, city, interests and preferred greeting language.
- Account details if you sign up: the above plus a securely hashed password and your timezone.
- Premium relationship data you choose to save: names, nicknames, relationships, groups, notes, birthdays, anniversaries, special dates and reminder settings. Phone numbers and emails of your loved ones are never required.
- Consent records: which marketing permission you gave or withdrew, the wording you saw, its version, and when.
- Usage counts: that a poster was generated, downloaded or a share was started, with the template and size — never the image.
- Payment records for Premium: order and payment identifiers and amounts from Razorpay. We never see or store card details.
What we never collect
Photographs, logos, posters, thumbnails, image files or image data of any kind, for any account type. Your images are not sent to our servers, Pabbly Connect, Google Sheets, Pabbly Email Marketing or any AI service.
How we use your information
- To let you create posters and, if you have an account, to pre-fill your details.
- To check that an email address can receive mail (a deliverability check through Pabbly Email Verification). This does not prove you own the address; account emails are confirmed separately by link.
- To send Premium reminders to you. We never message your loved ones.
- To send marketing by email or WhatsApp only if you ticked the matching box. Each permission is separate and can be withdrawn at any time.
Who we share it with
Our automation runs through Pabbly Connect, and lead records are synchronised to a Google Sheet operated by FestivalWish for reporting. If you consented to email marketing, your name, email and segment tags are sent to Pabbly Email Marketing. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Transactional email is sent through our email provider. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
- Change marketing preferences from your account settings, or through a data request if you used FestivalWish as a guest.
- Delete your account and everything it holds from account settings.
- Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data through the data deletion page.
Retention
Lead and account data is kept until you ask us to delete it or delete your account. Consent records are kept as proof of what you agreed to for as long as the related data exists.
