Does Premium store my photos?
No. No account type stores photographs, logos or posters. Premium saves names, relationships, dates and text preferences only — you add your photo again each time you create a poster.
Will FestivalWish send greetings to my loved ones?
Never automatically. A reminder reaches you by email, and you decide whether to create and send a greeting.
Does Premium renew automatically?
No. It is a 12-month pass paid securely through Razorpay. Paying again adds another year after your current end date.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us from the contact page within 7 days of payment. A refunded payment removes the Premium time it bought.
